　レコードジャケットのオビって、邪魔ですよね。
　一生懸命考えたデザインを台無しにされて、デザイナーの人もさぞ無念であろうと思います。

　このジャケットの左にはスティックス・フーパーがいて、ロデオ・ドライブを背景に3人組の構図が成立しているのです。
　ところがオビでまったく見えません。本当に邪魔。あーちぎって捨てたい。でもちぎれない小市民の私。

　中古レコード市場においては、一部の稀少盤を除き、オビは「ないよりはあった方がいい」といった程度の扱い。
　私が主戦場にしている500～1,000円程度のLPなら、それほど値付けに影響するものではないようです。私もべつだん、オビの有無は気にしません。
　自分でちぎる勇気はないくせに、他人がちぎった場合は易々と受け入れてしまう。小市民の私。
