　引く手あまたのセッション・ギタリストが放った、ファースト・リーダー・アルバム。歌がメインですが、ギターもたっぷり聴けます。

　映画『フラッシュダンス』の挿入歌で、シングル・チャートの1位になったA5はとても有名ですね。
　このアルバムもそうとう売れたようで、中古レコード屋にあふれ返っています。
　A5以外にもなかなかいい曲が入っていて、A3"Cowboy"の後半は高速バンジョーで昇天しそう。

　B4"Lay Back"はタイトル通り、曲中何度もLay Backと連呼します。
　ぼんやりしていると、レイバックがライバックに聴こえてしまったりして、「ライバック、俺と組もう！ライバーック！」と叫んでいるエリック・ボゴジアンの顔を思い浮かべ、LとRの発音の違いがわからない日本人でよかった、なんてお門違いの感慨にふけったりします。
