敗れはしたものの、モンスター・アルバム『スリラー』と同じ土俵に立って、マイケルのマワシに手をかけただけでもじゅーぶん立派です。天晴れです。痛みに耐えてよく頑張った。
ほとんどの曲がシングル・カットされたくらい、作品全体の質がとても高い。しかも親しめるメロディ。
当時はこの日本でさえもお年寄りから子供まで、ビリーのメロディを口ずさんでいたのです。洋楽不毛の今の時代では信じられない話。
