　スパイロ・ジャイラの初期作品には、軽やか、かつ華やかにホーン・セクションやストリングスを駆使した、アレンジの逸品が少なくありません。
　本作のB2は、その最たるものでしょう。終盤、チンチンシンバルがリズムを刻む中、寄せては返すホーンの波と、のたうつようなストリングスの旋律の絡みが極上です。そのままフェイドする終わり方もサッパリしてたいへんよろしい。

　次の曲B3は2部構成という大げさ感がちょっとアレですな。ドラミングのパターンがなかなか他では聴けない独特のノリで、よく練ってあります。

　前作では外様のスティーヴ・ジョーダンにその座を奪われた感のある譜代ドラマーのイーライ・コニコフが、今回はめでたく全曲叩いています。彼の発奮が密かにこのアルバムを支えているのです。
